- My boyfriend, Kent Richardson, and I, Pamela Baker-Miller, are leaving our days as renters to become first time homeowners. We found the perfect fixer-upper in NE Portland, Oregon with great bones. Kent is a sound installation artist and extremely handy with wood/metal/paint. I worked as an art preparator in New York before moving to Portland and opening the boutique Frances May with my grandmother. As creative people we are going to do as much as we can ourselves.
